Digital products
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once download or access is available. If you experience a duplicate charge or cannot access a product you paid for, contact support within 14 days and we will help resolve access or billing errors.
Services
For services that involve third-party review (for example editorial or placement workflows), refunds may be limited after work has started or after a stated number of review rounds. Product-specific terms shown at checkout apply when they conflict with this summary.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.
